A DA councillor closed on the proposed Security Access Restriction by-laws. The DA asked for bona fide public participation and for the by-laws to go to the Section 79 Transport Committee next term. Item 9: Rea Vaya Phase 1A Bus Operating Company public participation notice
An ACDP stand-in welcomed the report, and the DA said it did not support the item.
