Uh I was listening at the previous Councillor here who was speaking from the Patriotic Alliance and as ActionSA we were really shocked because Patriotic Alliance they are part of this government. So, why you're not celebrating your own government? But whatever that happened, Madam Speaker, I'm not shocked because this is the same Patriotic Alliance,

  who their Minister have just looted R31 million as we speak today. Uh to

  Okay. Uh to our MMC uh of EISD, it's really concerning to see the state of our service delivery. Some of your own Councillors are being rejected in their communities. Some of the reason is because of the failure of these three entities to provide basic services to our residents. Imagine if the whole Councillor since 2021 have been a Councillor,

  but have been struggling to provide with the basic services like water in their ward, with the issue of electricity. Do you think like the resident will still going to vote for that person, because of the failure of these entities? Now we have the problem of Pikitup, MMC. If we can ask you, what is it that is happening ko Pikitup today? Because we heard that yes, we didn't have funds to pay uh the contractors, we didn't have diesel,

  but we've never seen you, MMC, engaging with the community as we speak. When you go to issue ya City Power today, uh we have just rendered our City Power infrastructure to the contractors. As we speak now, every time when the mini sub is not working, only contractors are the ones that are being appointed. What have happened with our own uh workers in ko City Power? What is it that they're currently doing, MMC?

  Those are the question that we as ActionSA we think like uh to remove ANC ka di four it going to help, because if we're going to continue le ANC, I foresee the disaster. To our resident that still going to vote for ANC, it's no longer a mistake, you are just reckless. You'll continue to suffer because of you voting for ANC. Let us reject ANC, colleagues.
